Thinking about my employment

The employment problem is undoubtedly worrying. After thinking about it for a whole semester, my employment direction has not changed.
I am not interested in freelance or opening an independent studio. I know myself very well. If I am a freelancer, I will not strictly control myself, but gradually become unwilling to socialize and go out. Therefore, joining a company is very important to me.
I still hope to work in games and animations. I hope to be involved in original paintings or early character design, as well as the department of game derivative crafts. Due to my painting style, I think Chinese or Japanese companies are more suitable for me. I have also learned a lot about the application process from my friends who have already worked in game companies. After graduation, I will send my resume to major Chinese game companies.
I also asked questions about artist exhibitions. Because in my spare time, I often take commissions on the Internet and often publish derivative works of games and animations that I draw. Therefore, I am very interested in participating in various art fairs. At the entrance of CSM, there are often artist fairs on weekends. I talked to each artist and asked them how they applied for the position. At the same time, I also followed more official accounts of such fairs. This is a very good side job option for me.

Next, I will look for jobs in both China and the UK. Jobs related to animation and games are my goals.
